The staff upon check in were ok. She was kind of short with her answers and I seemed like she was a little bothered. We requested a crib which wasn’t in the room at 3pm. We waited 45 minutes after check in for the crib to be dropped off. After nobody came with it we decided to leave and go to California adventure. Once we got back around 10pm the crib still wasn’t in the room so I had to request it again. Room is ok nothing special. Definitely felt like a budget motel. Overall it was clean with the exception of the floor which was gross and turning our socks brown. The motel felt safe and was quiet. A good place if you’re looking to keep things affordable. We liked that they had a laundry room, a decent size mini fridge, and a self serve store that was well stocked. It’s a good walking distance to the park as well. We had maybe a 10-15 minute walk into the park every day. We probably won’t stay here again but I’ll recommend it to others.

This hotel is a real Palm Springs gem and an important part of PS history. Great ambiance, food, drinks. Best deviled eggs I’ve ever had. Live music every night. Room was big and comfy. Quiet with easy access to downtown. Big shower. Nice private patio. Pool. If you’re looking for an ultramodern hotel, this is not your place. If you’re looking to experience Palm Springs history and vibe this is your place
