"Requested 2 months in advance and again a week before for a room close to an elevator due to husbands mobility. Assigned a room 8 rooms away. Website states cruise terminal shuttle available ( surcharge may apply) when in fact the hotel DOES NOT arrange for terminal transportation. You are required to arrange for it your self. There are a lot of hotels who DO provide this service. Only 3 elevators available for the rooms, one was out of service. Reason we chose Crown Plaza. Not happy. "

"Uncomfortable, the whole place "

"Staff is hateful! One evening about 7:30 pm we heard a huge argument right outside our room that was so loud we opened the door to discover it was two housekeepers almost fighting because one of them had to service the room across the hallway. We feared it was going to turn violent and reported the problem to the front desk. The entire description of the hotel indicated the hotel had been renovated, however everything they did was superficial, like they put lipstick on a pig! The pool area seemed nice, however there were not enough lounge chairs provided for the quantity of guests wanting to use the pool. Asked for a rolling cart at checkout and was told the 3 they had were in use, I responded that it was a hotel with 16 floors, how do they expect only 3 carts to service that many rooms. Expedia needs better information before marketing rooms at this location! "

"The property was nice. Definite upgrade from where we spent our 1st 2 nights. Great scenery, ocean view, private beach access. Rooms were pleasant."
