Took over 45 mins to check in. Also booked a room for 4 people but they only provide WiFi for 2 devices. Makes no sense when you have booked for 4 people. The price is exorbitant to pay to add extra devices.

The room was clean. It had a nice neutral smell. The hotel overall was clean. It is a little outside the main strip area. We had a car so that wasn't an issue for us. Also the restaurants Crossroads and FuHu were both tasty. I would stay here again.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
