Downtown Burlington Holidays

"Stayed for three nights the room was not cleaned a single night. Needed to use the front desk several times and was typically greeted by a sign that says “we will be back momentarily” and momentarily usually meant 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel was very clean and cheery the public areas and its very convenient to downtown Burlington, but the operations, i.e. front desk and housekeeping, seem to need a little work."

"I could never get housekeeping to clean my room. Areas of the hotel were dirty...the floors, windows. The elevator broke and there was no sign....apparently the font desk knew about it but never told guests."

The staff was excellent, and the complimentary communal beverage stations on each floor were a great touch, offering freshly ground coffee, tea, sparkling water, and still water. The hotel is located near a large construction project, and parts of the surrounding area feel somewhat depressed.
