"Overall the stay was fine. My husband and I only stayed for one night. The only negative I have is the rooms are extremely outdated. Other than that, the customer service is impeccable. We reserved a high room and received that but when we got in the room, we didn’t have a view. We called down to the front desk to see if they would be willing to give us a room where we could see the river and they did."
