"The hotel is nice, it’s very close to the beach. But the rooms are not much for the price, I expected a bit more. I found the room to have a very cheap hotel feel. I was given a sheet when I went for an extra blanket. Some things were off, not much personality at the bar in the staff. The restaurant looked good, I did not eat there. I would probably start again but it’s a very busy part of the island as well. "

"The breakfast menu is the basic and always the same, cereals, milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, apple, waffles and breads. What make it special it’s not the food it’s the staff and Marie is a amazing person and wonderful employee who cares for the people with kindness and compassion she treats and cares for everyone."

"Room, staff and beach were terrific. Now to the negatives. The hotel charges $20 a day for guests to park which in itself is offensive. The general public (non guests) can park in the hotel parking lot as well for $20. So non guests pay the same amount to park as guests and take up parking spaces of paid guests. My first day there I sat in my car for over an hour waiting for a parking spot to open up. How does that make sense???? Hotel guests pay $11 per beach chair and umbrella. So 2 chairs and one umbrella cost $33 per day. Im not as annoyed about paying for chairs and an umbrella but would be much less annoyed if it was built into the price when you book. Lastly, the hotel blasts obnoxious music on the beach from 10am to 10pm. Blasting music til 10pm on a weeknight is uncalled for. This was my 5th trip to Ft Meyers beach. I love the area. I would like to support the area in the rebuild but may look for another option on my next visit."

"Fun pools and great free breakfast loved the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We have come here for many years. Was very disappointed in the low rise building this trip. Liked our room but access to beach and pool is very poorly designed. Longer walk than necessary around pools our through parking lots for towels pool access and food. Should be direct access from elevator to the pool. "

"Very beautiful property with several heated pools and jacuzzis. Promenade walk along docks, restaurants and boutiques. Easy to park, big spacious rooms with balconies."
