Good hotel. Clean rooms. Good location- walking distance to lots of major attractions. Staff was helpful with storing our luggage. Parked my vehicle in their partnered parking garage about 5 min away and had no issues during our 3 night stay. Would stay here again.

The WiFi was spotty the two days we were staying. The staff gave us a modem but that didn’t help much. If you’re on vacation but still needing to work, I wouldn’t stay here. But for convenience and location—access to KTown—were excellent!

"We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton NY Times Square. We visited the city with our teenage grandson. Even though the hotel lobby was under construction, the hotel staff was very helpful, kind and generous with their time.
