"I loved the resort, room was spectacular with a awesome view"

"The outside of the building was ok, not all that well maintained. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (hard if you like a hard mattress). The bed frame is a platform and the mattress was smaller than the platform, you could see that under the frame hadn’t been cleaned for a while. There was an ice machine on the property that didn’t work and looked like it had not been in working order for a long time. We stayed 8 nights and were never offered a cleaning, also there were 2 of each, bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. We were not offered fresh linens our entire stay. I would gather what we used and take them to the office to get clean every couple days. This is not an upscale hotel, it is however clean enough and just across the street from the beach. If you’re a person that enjoys the amenities of an upscale hotel, this place is not for you. If you are ok with clean and imperfect close to the beach, this is for you! There is a pool on the property that was good. For travelers who can’t do steps, be sure to request a first floor unit, as this property does not have an elevator. The a/c unit in the room worked great! Our room looked like the pictures, but seemed much smaller than they look in the pictures."
