I got the pleasure of staying on the little building off to the side away from the main hotel. It was very peaceful considering it was away from the others who were booked at the main hotel to the left. It was almost like renting a little house on the beach! I have booked much more expensive hotels that were in a lot less worse condition regarding cleanliness and upkeep—I was pleasantly surprised to find everything clean, and best of all—NO roaches or bedbugs!! I did not like that parking at the actual building was EXTREMELY limited and that most individuals had to park in the 3 additional parking lots across the street. I didn’t like NOT having my vehicle close by due to safety reasons but I understand that cannot exactly be helped. I also did not like my slightly rude experience with a staff member that kind of put me off in the beginning—I have an hearing condition on top of social anxiety so could not precisely hear where the male receptionist said my room was. After searching twice, I decided to go back in and ask again where it was and I was met with an irritated tone that it was over in the other building which made me feel ashamed for even asking honestly. I understand staff are stressed due to being so busy so I just brushed it off. Despite that, I will definitely be booking here again—couldn’t ask for a better place, and the location was perfect!
