"The waterview room was great. Lobby clean and welcoming. Bed very comfy. Upon arrival at 9pm there was no front desk staff present. I stood behind two other patrons, and gentlemen said he hasn't seen anyone. 2nd gentlemen asked us to relay please charge to bottles of water to his room. Upon returning, she apologized that she was called away. Recommend a sign in the future or something. Called desk as it seemed room had zero towels.
