"The pool was unavailable, the front staff said it had just happened but when talking with another guest they said it was unavailable for awhile. If this was true who was lying? I picked this hotel because it was within my budget with a pool. I do not like being lied to."

"My stay was cool, but the hotel has you deposit $50 at check-in, and then at first they tell you you'll get it back at check out( NOT TRUE)! Then when you check out, they say you'll get it back 24-48 hrs( Also NOT TRUE)! It been over 7 business days, and Im still having to wait for my $50 back. I dont like being told one thing, and it's another..They really need to improve that, or not take guest money.."

"The room first given had no cover over the shower head with piercing water burning my body that I couldn't face it to shower and no drain trap to raise up and down to let water go down strain, therefore standing in water. toilet wouldn't flush toilet paper until 3 flushes. Jason desk staff on duty took care to move me immediately after that awful shower experience to another room. He was blocking that room unavailable and put in a work order for maintenance before assigning it out again. ...
