"It was no breakfast bar was just free coffee you had to pay for your breakfast if you want a hot breakfast one microwave in the whole establishment to accommodate all the guests inside the hotel. No microwave inside the room and only a cooler as they identify to keep things cold not a refrigerator plus they charged me over $300 and still haven’t put back on my card."

"Booked last minute through a third-party based on decent reviews, but this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was extremely dark with minimal lighting, which felt unsafe upon arrival. The room was 83° with a non-working AC despite being set to 64°—completely unacceptable for Arizona. The front door was also warped and didn’t fully seal. Staff came to replace the thermostat batteries, but that didn’t fix the issue. They manually turned on the wall unit, but it shut off again within minutes. Trying to resolve the issue was frustrating. The front desk didn’t answer the room phone, and I had to call from my cell to get through. They offered to move me to another room but refused a refund, and there was no maintenance available that night. While documenting everything, I found mold on the door frame and ceiling near the bathroom, along with a visibly dirty chair. During checkout, the situation worsened when the receptionist became rude, raised her voice, and used profanity. Overall, this property is not as advertised and feels more like a low-grade motel than a resort. I would not stay here again."

"We end up leaving the property and not even staying the night. The area is very rundown, homeless hanging out everywhere, room access is outside. As a female traveler with 2 teenage girls with me, I didn’t feel comfortable staying so we drove back to Tucson after the concert . Better places to stay for the price. "
