Good location if you are going to the PNE. Friendly staff, good continental breakfast. A bit older and dated but adequate. Do not go to the Alcove public house for dinner - the food is horrible, the Manager/Bartender is extremely rude and unprofessional. We observed him intimidate staff and verbally berate a group of customers for speaking their concerns (not us) over the subpar experience. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towel. The one server (but not a server? Not quite sure her roles other than telling people there was no server) wandered around aimlessly in circles while we had to order and pay at the bar. The hand-drawn table numbers on lined note paper took the cake. Yikes and do better!
