"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The pools were pleasantly warm, and we really appreciated how the jacuzzis were constantly being cleaned, ensuring that everyone could enjoy them comfortably and safely. Everything about our stay was excellent, including the delicious breakfast each morning. We will definitely return whenever we have the opportunity and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience."

"I know how important it is a good rating so I gave you 5 stars on everything but after checking I got Room 1525, got situated and comfortable, we decided to go out to get dinner but the safety box was not working, I called and 3 different personal try to get it to work after an hour or maybe even more time later the front desk send someone with another set of keys to move to a different Room 1533, now we have to get all our things together and move to that Room and our Dinner time was running really late now. Hopefully next time this kind of incident won’t happen again. Armando Ocampo"
