"We took a 7 day road trip from Long Beach to Cheyenne. The 2 most expensive luxury hotels were my least favorite. Although the Maxwell Anderson was beautifully designed and decorated, the rooms were small. I would have preferred a table for 2 seating as opposed to an extra large dresser. The room was made for 1 person, not 2. 1 bottle of water, 1 chair to sit on. The bed was comfortable."

"Parking is a nightmare here. Be warned. I went to check-in and they had overbooked the rooms. The gentleman at the desk asked if I was ok to switching to a different room (did I really have a choice? It was almost 10pm). He offered me drink tickets (I don’t drink) to make up for it, or coffee vouchers, then offered to comp my parking which was extremely nice of him because he could have basically said “take it or leave it.” The elevator was extremely slow (frustrating after driving 12 hours),...

"We enjoyed our stay in one of the suites. We had fun using the waterslide, hot tub, and pool. Breakfast was pretty basic continental offerings with juice, coffee, waffle maker, sausage, eggs, muffins, cereal, a yogurt dispenser, fruit, etc. Our room and the hotel were clean and had all the basic amenities. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel is older so don’t expect brand new or updated furnishings. We were pleased overall and loved the location as it was near the...
