"Definitely worth using the Sheraton's Mercedes pick-up service from the airport, as their man breezed us through customs\passpoet control, took us to no-wait lines and escorted us all the way to the very nice car right out front, so no waiting, delay or hassle coming off an overnight flight 👍
People on our boat were stood up by 4.9 rated Viator pickup that never showed up and cost them hours at the airport. 🙄
Room was excellent, prices very reasonable to just eat in the hotel that was upscale and safe, with security protocols to make it a welcome place to stay.
We would definitely stay there again. ✅"
"The room was clean, the water pressure was excellent, the staff was kind and attentive especially with laundry. We stayed for 2 weeks and never once had an issue, in fact this hotel was our home base as we explored all over Egypt. I will be staying at the Swiss Inn Nile again when I return to Cairo."
"The lobby of this hotel was great and the views of the Nile was lovely.
We had a memorable stay and the staff were all very good, always smiling.
Convenient location to get around.
On a clear day we could see the Pyramids from our balcony.
The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food which was well enjoyed.
Overall a great time and experience at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile."
"This is an excellent hotel, with fantastic staff - without exception. Big thanks to Abdulrahim, my room cleaner, who not only did a great job of keeping my room immaculate, but managed to reunite me with something I’d left behind in my room before I had made it out of the front door after checking out.
Top marks for everything in the hotel.
