"Excellent location, good amenities like gym and BBQ chicken on site, and spacious clean room. But the pillows were too soft. We asked for extra pillows but were told no extra pillows available at all."

"Great location near the airport. Beautiful view of the ocean but it is a rock shore so no real beach for playing. Some airplane noise but we had a balcony and loved seeing the planes come in. People were friendly and helpful but did not speak English. We would definitely come back to this place. Basic needs are there not really a luxury type resort."

"Check-in was quick and easy, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. There was visible water damage in several areas, the chairs were heavily stained and appeared not to have been cleaned properly, and the room was quite dusty. The overall condition felt worn and poorly maintained compared to the photos online. I understand humidity can cause maintenance challenges, but the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet my expectations. Based on the condition of the room, I was surprised to see this property rated as a 4-star hotel. I would not choose to stay here again."

They kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated as we were very tired after taking an early flight from Seoul to Jeju Island. We are very grateful that they went out of their way to accommodate us."

"The staff was kind & helpful and my ocean view & little balcony was delightful. The room itself was fine. I was disappointed however in the quality of housekeeping; not up to par. The toilet wasn't cleaned & the beds were not properly made. I partially made the bed myself & when I returned to my room it was as I'd left it."

"The room was spacious with everything one might need from towels, body wash and shampoo as well as toothbrush and toothpaste to a mini fridge. That being said check-in was not smooth. The person the runs the place wasn't there so I was created by her father. He was lovely but could not speak an ounce of English and wasn't sure what do do. He ended up calling her and we talked over the phone and then she explained it to him. He was lovely, even helped me with my bag up the stairs. However, the bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows where low profile and hard. I understand that it might be a preference for some, not for me. If you are looking for a soundproof place to enjoy quietness this is not your spot. Being not too far from the airport, you can hear every single plane that flies by. You can also hear people in the corridor and next door. If you are looking for privacy, this is not the right place. That being said, it is really conveniently located. Close to metro and bus to and from the airport as well as some restaurants, the market, historical governmental building and conviniance stores. Not for me but I can see how others would enjoy it. "
