"Lovely property and helpful staff"

"Our room was not a refurbished one. My bedside light was not working, flushing the toilet was not good, the shower had a problem the wash water stayed in, the towels very old and worn out, the TV set didn’t work, the changed it when I reported it though. The staff were polite but not experienced with international guests and their bank cards. We rushed to do whatever we needed to do before it went dark, because the lights were ever sooo dim. Otherwise ok!"

"Gute Unterkunft für ein langes Wochenende. Besonders gut hat uns die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung in der Küche gefallen (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd, Geschirr). Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor dem Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Lage ist top für Ausflüge an den Nürburgring und in die Eifel.
