Das beste und vielfältigste Frühstück was ich bisher in Hotels hatte. Daran könnten sich so manche ein Beispiel nehmen. Zimmer waren auch sehr schön und sauber. Für die Räder gibt es einen kleinen Fahrrad Keller. Werde gerne wieder kommen!

Godt hotel i Dresden

Hotellet ligger frit og nemt tilgængelig, når man ankommer i bil. Desværre var der ikke plads i parkeringskælderen, da vi ankom, men det muligt at finde acceptabel parkering tæt ved i en sidegade. Forholdsvis kort afstand til den gamle bymidte - ca. 2 km. Meget venlig personale og rengøring var i top. Udmærket morgenmad med et bredt udvalg.

Fantastiskt

Väldigt bra hotell som ligger i en lugn del av staden vilket var skönt på morgnarna! Spårvagnshållplats direkt utanför gör det mycket enkelt att ta sig till och från olika delar av staden. Personalen var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående vilket höjde upplevelsen av detta hotell!

Great front desk help!

The front desk staff were so kind to us. This was our first time in Germany and they assisted us with getting directions and telling us about great day trips. I had a medical emergency during the trip and one of the front desk agents called multiple pharmacies for me at night, trying their best to find what I needed. They went out of their way to be helpful.

Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt im Arcotel HafenCity sehr gut gefallen - das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt! Leider jedoch gibt es zwei kleine Minuspunkte: Im Fitnessbereich wäre es von Vorteil, wenn sich hier zumindest ein Laufband und Crosstrainer o.ä. Geräte wiederfinden würden. Zudem hat uns auch die laute Ablüftung des Duschbereiches gestört, da man diese auch in der Nacht deutlich wahrnehmen konnte. Alles in allem, würde ich das Hotel nochmals aufsuchen, sofern sich eine Gelegenheit ergibt.

Gut - aber an manchen Tagen extrem laut!!

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und nettem Personal. Da es neben einem Veranstaltungsort für Open Air Konzerte liegt ist es an manchen Tagen bis 22:00 sehr laut!! Ein entsprechender Hinweis wäre angebracht.

Redelijk hotel, wel beetje sfeerloos. Open badkamer erg ongemakkelijk. Parkeergelegenheid bij hotel was vol. Medewerkers kwamen niet met tips voor alternatief. Beste is de wandeling nog van hotel naar Altstadt langs de Elbe oever. Erg mooie uitzichten.

Modernes Hotel

Ein mordernes Hotel. schlankes design der Zimmer. Ich bin nicht so ganz mit dem "Badezimmer" klargekommen. Toilette ist seperat mit Tür und die Dusche, wie auch Waschbecken sind regulär im Zimmer ohne weitere Abtrennung zum Schlafbereich. Lediglich eine Glas-Duschtür, welche aber nicht alles abschließt. Auf nachfrage haben ca. 50% der Zimmer diese Aufteilung. Wer das auch nicht haben möchte, sollte beim Check in nach einem geschlossenem Badezimmer fragen.

Eine gute Wahl super Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünscht. Die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel und freundliche Mitarbeiter, wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Der Preis hat es wirklich in sich und es ist etwas laut durch den Alten Schlachthof und die direkte Bahnlinie vor dem Hotel (was im Gegensatz dazu natürlich wieder positiv ist wir sind aus dem Hotel “gefallen” und waren gleich am Veranstaltungsort und mussten Rückzu nicht ewig laufen um zur Bahn nach Hause zu kommen) Freundliches junges Personal dass rundum die Uhr da war
