It was a nice hotel with smiling and helpful staff. There was very small refrigerator in room but it is very slow about its job. Otherwise everything in room was good and clean including bed comfort. Breakfast was fairly good but could have more options or hot additions. I would recommend this hotel

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Durchgangstür, durch die man leider sehr viel vom Nachbarzimmer mitbekommen hat. Außerdem war unter mir das Fitnessstudio und die Langhanteln schepperten bis 20:30 Uhr auf den Boden. Die Zimmerausstattung war Eiche rustikal, aber OK, das hatte man schon vorher auf Fotos gesehen. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Saubere Zimmer, Freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, leider war das Restaurant geschlossen, Sauna geschlossen, sehr hellhörig, kleine Fläche zum Aufenthalt draussen (wird auch als Raucherecke genutzt :-(, Nachts keine Rezeption. keine 4 Sterne - eher 3 Sterne

sehr gutes Frühstück viele Parkplätze sauber WLAN kostenlos Check-In einfach meist freundlicher Service - Handtücher fehlten, auf Nachfrage bekamen wir sie dann - unbequemes Bett mit Besucherritze - sehr hellhörig, Schlaf durch Nachbarzimmer stark gestört (Schnarchen, Husten, lautes Rennen auf dem Flur nach 23 Uhr, kein Service ermahnt dort) - Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig (Sprühkopf, wurde mittendrin sehr heiß oder kalt) - sehr warmes Zimmer trotz abgedrehter Heizung im April - Personal beim Frühstück nur auf Nachfrage auffindbar (nur von ihnen bekommt man Kaffee) - Zimmerservice kam nur einmal während 4-tägigem Aufenthalt - keine Coronaregeln erkennbar

Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Neues Zimmer sauber aber bis auf das Bett in einem renovierungswuerdigen Zustand. Der TV funktionierte nicht richtig und nur 12 TV Programme sind dürftig. Die Abendgastronomie war gut - beim Frühstück wäre ein frischer Kaffee und aufgefülltes Buffet erfreulich gewesen

Extrakosten und falsche Werbung

Innenpool mit welchem beworben wird ist leer außerdem wurden für die Sauna Extrakosten berechnet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibts nur ein Besteck Kaffeekanne wird einfach weiter gereicht. Zu guter Letzt wurde meine Kreditkarte nach der Buchung wegen Verdacht auf Datendiebstahl gesperrt.

Schade war, dass der Fitnessraum nur zu Zeiten offen hatte an denen ich noch oder nicht mehr im Hotel war. Zum Check-in, die Dame war super lieb, sagte man mir, ich könne leider nicht rein. Zum Check-out, die Dame war als einzige im Hotel etwas stoffelig, hätte ich angeblich auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten rein gekonnt? Nun ja. Das Restaurantpersonal war super lieb! Besonders die beiden Herren am Abend waren Gastwirt durch und durch und die Dienstreise wurde gleich nicht mehr so „schlimm“. Alles in Allem habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt, wobei ich die Übernachtung auch günstiger bekomme wenn so Annehmlichkeiten wie Fitnessraum und Pool letztendlich doch nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Auch die Einrichtung, für mich persönlich gemütlich, ist aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
