The other issue was the atrocious smell. Neighbors smoked cigarettes constantly, and the smell was all in the entrance and even into the apartment. On the Saturday a neighbor came and used the clothes dryer rack outside and took it away....

"Property in extreme disrepair. Needs repainting, broken headboard repaired, radiator off wall, faucet in kitchen replaced and was filthy on our arrival. Surely not worth 4388.00 $ for two weeks! "
