"A fantastic place to stay. My elderly parents required an ensuite and this fitted the bill perfectly. Fresh flowers greeted us on the fining table. Great selection of leaflets showing you things to do in the west coast of Ireland. Would highly reccomend a visit to Parkes Castle followed by a boat ride on Lough Gill stopping at Dooley Park https://roseofinnisfree.com/ . Highly recommend."

Historical Renovated Old Mill Apartment in the West Coast of Ireland
10/10 Excellent
"The apartment was perfect for us as a family of three. The location was perfect with a lovely bar/restaurant at the end of the road. The keeping of features was beautiful, and provided everything we needed - would definitely recommend!"
"From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The food in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful, and every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly. The rooms are decorated beautifully, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. A special shout-out goes to the reception team for doing everything they could to accommodate us, their kindness and professionalism truly made it! "
"We had a room on the top floor which was very cute and comfortable - absolutely amazing big bed, great view. They had no parking in their lot available but we were able to get a spot 100m away in a public car park which was free overnight. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the freshly prepared breakfast was delicious. The location is out of the way, but it has a very nice view, and it is quiet. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and their border collie, Molly, gave us a wonderful show bringing in the sheep for the evening (they have a working hobby farm). "
"Neighbours had very loud music early hours of morning Staff attended but music didn’t get turn off could still hear but front desk didn’t answer phone. "

The house is fantastic location to Sligo town, strandhill, rosses point, just under an hour to Knock airport, 2 hours from Galway. The house has a fully stocked shop around the corner (5 minute walk) as well as a take away chinese and kebab/pizza shop which came in handy for quick grab and go meals. Great, clean accomodation with essentials provided. Marie was a delight to communicate with, friendly and super accomodating. We needed to collect the keys a bit earlier than 3 as we were due to be at a family event - even allowing my dad to use a room to change out of his airport clothes into his snazzy suit while she was still mid cleaning the rest of the house - really appreciated that! She also provided us with a hairdryer to save on our luggage space. Great hosts - we would definitely recommend and use again if we're ever back in the west coast of Ireland. Many wonderful memories made - thank you so much! "
