The spa was booked the whole time of our visit is what we were told. So, we didn't get that opportunity. The pool was well kept, a little chilly to sit outside, though. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff ...
