We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel 717, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff were so attentive and helpful from the moment I booked til we got in our taxi to come home. I couldn’t fault a thing! "Nice location on the beach. Room was nice, perhaps getting somewhat aged but that was reflected by the price. A bit longer walk in to Makkum itself, but doable and safe. We picked it for the water view and easy access to laundry facilities, right nearby, for the midpoint of our trip."
