The room was not pleasant or comfortable. It had nothing but two single beds which were past their best. There was no wardrobe, drawer of even a shelf to put clothes - nothing but a rail with some hangers. There was not even a chair to sit on. The cups in the room were not always replaced with clean ones and tea/coffee not replenished - guests should not have to request this service from reception themselves. The room is basically no better than a down market hostel and is far from the expectations of a four star rated establishment. Very disappointing accommodation, and the cost of my stay can absolutely not be justified. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

Everything was great there are no complaints from us

Great room and great location. Nice bathroom and good water temperature and pressure. Wonderful blackout curtains, and very comfortable bed. I would prefer a mini-fridge in room, which was not there. Coffee kettle and coffee was a nice touch.

The staff were snippy, not helpful at all. The room was very small with one of us having to crawl over the other to get in and out of bed. There were no glasses or facecloths in the room. I was told there were no facecloths and to get my own glasses at the bar downstairs. It was very clean but that is the only positive. I will not stay there again
