This beautiful Cape Cod-style home has over 2200 square feet of living space, with a large master suite on the main floor, and an open area upstairs with 5 additional beds. Altogether this home accommodates up to 10.

There is a covered front porch with swings where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular view of Bass Cove and the broad expanse of Lake Huron. Take a walk along the 150' of shoreline, or go for a swim! This area has a sandy bottom with some rocks, so water shoes are recommended.

This home is in a perfect location for trail riding, hiking, or hunting, with hundreds of acres of State land right at your fingertips. The popular Big Shoal Beach is just a couple of miles away. This is a very peaceful location for those who are looking to escape their busy lifestyle and enjoy what nature has to offer. Bring along some bird food and enjoy the migrating and local feathered residents at the home's feeders, and keep an eye out for the local osprey and other water birds on Bass Cove.

There is a fire pit near the water's edge, so pack your s'mores fixings!
