With three cozy bedrooms and plenty of space to relax, it’s the perfect spot to soak up summer lake activities—or unwind in the hot tub all winter long. The home features one bedroom with queen-size bed, one with a twin over full bunk bed, and one full-size bed. Two comfortable couches in the living room and sunroom for additional lounging or sleeping space.

Step outside to enjoy multiple deck areas and a private dock with an open boat slip, ideal for swimming, kayaking, or fishing right on the lake. Conveniently located near the city of Dry Ridge, the Ark Encounter, and just a short drive from Cincinnati, this lakefront retreat is the ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure year‑round.
