We came up for a conference at the Ark Encounter with our two adult sons & daughter-in-law. This house was perfect! About 10 minutes from the Ark, so easy to go back & forth. The guys enjoyed the game room & the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

This little town was easy to get in and out of and see what we wanted to. Home was well organized and comfortable. The split level worked well for three generations, grandparents, parents and teens. Thank you for making it such a nice home

Ark Visit

Ideal location if visiting the Ark which is just a short distance away. Property was comfortable and clean. As we were 4 adults each using one of the bedrooms available we could had done with some extra towels but we shares what we had and got by. Would definitely consider staying here again if visiting the area. Maybe the host could update his house book with suggestions for some good restaurants to visit.

Perfect home away from home

Travis was easy to work with, and helped get us navigate some issues with vrbo to get us in the night we needed. The house was very warm and welcoming and had more than enough rough for us including my brothers large family. The older kids loved the game room, and the little ones enjoyed all the books and toys. All the beds were very comfortable, and the location to the ark was great. Would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Travis was awesome. The home was beautiful and the location was great for our planned outings for the week. Great experience

The property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all local attractions. The four bedrooms give everyone privacy. The garage games provide entertainment for everyone. The only complaint is the stairs are rather narrow and hard on bare feet (the owner asks that you not wear shoes inside). Overall, a great place to stay.

Group Conference Attendance

We liked the 5 separate areas to sleep, (4 bedrooms and the bed in the gaming area) and 3 full bathrooms for us all to get ready in the morning. Just a few minutes drive from the ARK Encounter. The biggest negatives were the pool table is in the garage and it was too cold to use it in the winter, and there was only convenient parking for 2 cars.

Peaceful Stay

The house was cozy and comfortable. Note: don't assume the king size bedroom upstairs is the master. lol My mistake. We really enjoyed the house. It was comfortable and relaxing. It was also really close to the Ark Encounter which we went to 2 of our 3 days. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Also, the Christmas decorations were a nice touch.

A Great Place!!

Highly recommend!! We booked our stay in May, but in November we had something come up and needed to shift our reservation by two days. They were so cooperative and helpful, and moved our stay so that all of our family could partake. The house was spotless, and they provided breakfast cereals and coffee! There was also shampoo/crème rinse, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Communication was excellent, and every need/concern was quickly addressed. For example, we found that one of the showers was draining slowly (it happens ). They fixed it right away!!

My williamstown experience

The house is nice lots or room for everyone. The driveway is pretty steep. I like the pool table. Beds are comfortable. The property is good but the vrbo app was late responding to my email's. They finally sent my information a hour and half late. I didn't like the fact i couldn't smoke a cigarette outside on his property. Other than that we had a great time.
