"The hotel looked as if it was recently renovated. We relaxed in the outdoor lounge and exercised in the gym. The beds were comfortable and the shower gel and makeup remover packs were an added plus. I was very disappointed to find multiple strands of hair in the shower as well as hair embedded in one of the bath towels. In addition, the sofa cushions in the outside lounge needed to be washed or refreshed. I left a note regarding the hair for housekeeping and I informed the front desk where the...
