We are proud to present this stylish one bedroom apartment located at the heart tranquil community of JVC. Circle Mall is just few minutes away from this apartment, giving guests a nearby spot to dine and shop. Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai are both only 20 minutes away by car, where guests can experience the hub of Dubai with its many tourist attractions, beaches and malls to explore. This tranquil one bedroom apartment features modern finishes and stylish touches with high speed Wi-Fi throughout with average speeds of 250mbps as well as air conditioning. All household amenities are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, washing machine and coffee machine, please note there is no dishwasher. There are bar stools at the kitchen counter for dining for two. The living area has a comfortable plush sofa and smart TV as well as a furnished balcony with city views.

The bedroom features a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with a separate full bathroom that is stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities.
