Disliked: Communication
Flat has a beautiful view but the support team of Durranihomes is hopeless. We lost one hour of our time because they sent to us two times the wrong car park location and they did not care at all. Apparently the staff at the residence told us that it’s always the same thing. Staff at support team is not professional.
