Zumurud Tower is ideal for those who want easy access to Dubai`s hottest public Beach and entertainment amenities, such as The Marina walk, Dubai Marina Mall, and Blue water island. It includes everything from secured parking, health & gym center.
The flat is around 7 minutes walk to beach ,nice restaurants and cafes , very close to Marina walk , supermarket in the building with home delivery, internet, Netflix TV and free car Parking space available
The gust love this studio because it’s located between the beach and the metro station with easy access to main road if you have a car or using taxi
There is a swimming pool and gym comes in the same building
I’m available all the time on whatsup phone and Airbnb app
It’s close to the public beach , hotels, restaurants and Marina Walk
You can use your can and there is a private car parking comes free with the flat, also it’s walking distance to Dubai metro
The area it’s really nice and safe it’s a nice opportunity to discover Dubai Marina
