Fantastic location but so slow elevator system.
Fantastic location for World Trade Centre, the Metro and the hotel rooms are amazing but OMG the elevator system is slow!
I started measuring my wait times after the first day and spent almost 35 mins waiting for elevators on day 2. They need more to deal with the flow of people!

I had hotel maintenance spend the last day of my visit doing work. Drilling during conference calls and hammering and making lots of noise at 23:15 at night when I was trying to sleep. Had to rind reception to get them to stop, reception didn't seem that interested in my problem but sent up a security guard eventually.

I enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont, the staff were excellent and really attentive. The room has great facilities and the breakfast had a good variety. Getting a taxi was no problem at all either. Would defiantly recommend.

Overall a pleasant stay, decent staff and nice spacious rooms. The pool area is a bit tired and could do with a bit of an upgrade. The spa is wonderful !

Room service was very bad, staff was very irresponsible. Clothes given for iron came very late. Front desk staff not responsive. I have stayed at this hotel number of times but never I had this problem

This is a nice property but I had several issues during my stay. First night we didn’t have any hot water so I had to take a cold shower, no one followed up until I called the second time the next day. The coffee maker malfunctioned and the coffee pods were basically exploding each time I tried to use it. After cleaning the room they did not replace the clean mugs and I would have to wait a long time when requesting items. On the second day the hot water didn’t work again and it took a very long time for any one to come fix if. I had to call twice and waited which threw me off schedule and delayed me significantly. The hotel is nice and clean but too many issues for me to ever stay here again.

Hotel location was fantastic. Staff generallly friendly and helpful, especially front door and concierge. Housekeeping was good too. Initially cups were uncleaned and a bottle of water was opened when we entered the room. But otherwise all things were good. View from window was great!

This was not the time to do it - World Cup was on so lots of guests busy hotel -so over priced
Had to spend 200AED to be in a bar to watch the football - on an already overpriced stay . An Outrage as a hotel resident
The rooms took ages to be cleaned - lifts were not working all the time . It was a disappointing stay and for the money we paid it was fundamentally wrong .
