The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious. The views from this 27th floor corner apartment were gorgeous. The apartment had two balconies attached to the bedrooms and sitting room. Prompt attention was always available by the service team. Any concerns were addressed very expeditiously. Great experience staying in this lovely apartment .

We had an amazing stay in this magical apartment. Sandip at Heaven Crest relay supported us during the stay and did all in his power to make things perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk from Dubai mall and we had a room with view of the ocean. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The gym was well equipped and the pool area had a fantastic view of Burj Kalifa

Room was nice and clean, maintained poorly the tv was now working properly and biggest complaint was the lack of hot water in the main shower, we wrote the property mananget and said it’s perfect wait 15 min to heat, but we noticed in the double vanity one had no hot water and the other did, then since we where in a rush we tried and took a shower with hot water from the accessories in the tub. Besides this and the non working TV everything was fine.

Upon entering the room, for the first time, it was obvious that the cleaners had done their job and left behind a very strong chemical smell that lasted for two days, even with the balcony door, the only source of fresh air, open for most of my stay. I connected with the support staff regarding the smell and also put in a request to fix the closet door, which was stuck mid way open. While waiting for maintenance to come, I then discovered that there’s no shower. There is a large tub with a very tiny handheld device, that is mounted low on the wall. The diverter fixture was broken so I could not turn the water on and have it come out the faucet. To wash my hair I had to fill up the tub halfway and lay down to get it really wet and wash my hair with 2 hands. I ran out of hot water before the tub was even halfway full. On my first afternoon, I had to wait for maintenance for two hours to have them come and do everything. They were nice, but I was resentful that I had to take my precious visit to be fixing this apartment. Later that night when I went to take a bath is when I realized that the water wouldn’t turn on properly and had to have maintenance come back around nine in the evening. This was all very disappointing. What I didn’t realize is that the reception desk for this location does not handle these rentals. For any concerns, you have to text the rental company and they have to locate their person to connect with you to resolve problems. Never again for me

La situation est centrale. Vue sur les Fontaines et le burj kalifa. À 2 min à pied d’une entree du Dubai mail. Beaucoup de restaurant autour. Appartement était très propre et nous avions tout ce que nous avions besoin. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont fournies directement a la piscine. Je recommende cet appartement.
