Cons There was a leak issue in the toilet. Also the key cards did not work all the time so it was inconvenient to keep heading to front desk to reset. Functional stay for a business trip where one doesnt spend too much time in the small rooms. The rooms themselves are not cleaned very well, the rug is musty, there is dirt and dust in most nooks, the shower pressure is very low and the house-keeping service is very inefficient and inconsitent. There were days where I had to ask them to restock towels and water bottles. On the flip side, the front desk with Salma and team is very efficient and friendly and went out of their way to assist me whenever needed. Special mention for Faheem who went the extra mile to help me recover my camera bag that I had forgotten in a cab on the day of my check-in. Kudos for that.
