It comes fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric stove. Additionally, you'll find dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and trash cans provided.

-Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from starting their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 150 AED which applies from 11:00 AM up until 1:00 PM, after 1:00 PM guests will be charged a full night's stay for the late check-out and cleaning delay.
-Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.
-Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 350 AED per card.
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside the house. There is a penalty of AED 3,000 for smoking inside the unit as it damages our furniture and leaves smoke odours which is difficult to remove.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. We require a photocopy of a valid government-issued Identification (such as a passport, Emirates ID, or GCC ID card) for registration before check-in.
4. It is forbidden to host additional people not declared upon reservation.
5. Please note that any additional requests or services such as mid-stay cleanings will incur an extra charge/fee.
6. The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
7. Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, passports,
etc.). ARABNB will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
8. Please handle keys and access cards with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of 500 AED
9. NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period.
10. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
