Staff was very nice and hotel was good, comfortable with good breakfast. They let us check in early, which was very kind, and wrote me a message in a card for my birthday with a very tasty cake too 😀

Average setup. Staff was courteous. No smart TV in room to be npt able to stream. Room as average. Walkable to tram and big bus stops. They did forget to clean the room on the first day but did come to clean after calling reception. Breakfast buffet is good.

Good hotel
A gem of a hotel in amongst all the tall building! It had 2 pools, one of which is a rooftop and a bar. The rooms are comfortable, but a little bit dated! The location is good near to the Marina and Jumeirah Beach!

property was selected due to proximity to business meeting and global brand. breakfast was good and the hotel is clean and quiet. Any type of request however seems to send the staff into confusion. i had asked for a garment steamer to freshen a suit. the hotel doesn’t have this so please don’t ask as the resulting circus is not worth the effort. Also had to request a late check out on three different occasions.

The hotel cleanliness level is good, but the rug in the room is old. Housekeeping does a very good job, but they can't do anything about old rugs. The Business Center is poor: two old computers, key boards that are obsolete, and a very small area to work in. Clearly, this hotel is intended for tourists, not business travelers. Emails are either not sent, or sent hour later, and attachments never get delivered.

Realizing that hotel is older. Considering that we s/b more mindful of germs. My room was not dusted (sanitized) to say the least. When traveling local, I sanitize my room. Otherwise, staff was great. Check in was easy. Breakfast was delicious and again staff (Sashi and Matilda) were very helpful.

The hotel is listed as a vip gold property with a "guaranteed" late check out by 2 hours. When i asked for the same it was rejected by the lady at the counter and she would not listen to me. She was highly untrained, after arguing for a while she agreed to give me 1 hour (as if she is doing me a great favor). What is the advantage of VIP benefits if you are still going to be treated like this? or is the definition of "guaranteed" different for their staff. I shared with her my club carlson number and he was not even willing to try it and mocked me that this is not the same group. I had to explain her this is the "old" name for your rewards programme and the same works until now as well (while she looked at me in disbelief). I was given a free drink voucher and told i could have any non-alcoholic beverage for free form any restaurant. When i went to the top bar they refused to accept the voucher and told me i need to buy one drink to get the free one. I went to the sports bar and they told me i could only get soda from the fridge. Overall, everything during this stay was ruined. i used to stay very often at this place before covid and the service has gone very low.

But I am glad that we were able to make an extra an hour.Thank you for highlighting the Radisson rewards, Zahab and I sincerely apologize for this and all the necessary new trainings will be carried out to make sure loyal guests like you will be treated like one.In the complimentary drink voucher, hotel outlets names are written and I assuming the bar you went up was "Someplace else" which is being managed by the 3rd party company.In our own bar, this voucher can be redeemed for all the house beverages that will include soft and alcoholic drinks.Rest assured, I will double check and investigate to make sure all the Food and Beverage staff are well aware of the inclusives .Zahab, this is definitely not the overall service that we offer to our guests and in this case it appears we fell short. Wierd setup from inside east tower n walkway through etc, different staff kept coming to check what room number I had when eating breakfast which was annoying as you get signed in before entering the restaurant,

I booked it based on price and location. It was good price and good location. I didn’t spend much time in the hotel so I wasn’t disappointed too much with overall look of the hotel. I am sure I stayed in better 2 star hotels. Bear in mind swimming pool was closed and only one bar was operating. Very average hotel but there was no drama, breakfast was good and staff well trained and helpful. It’s just very dated hotel. If you stay here get Careem bike pass. So much fun to cycle around.
