We were quite disappointed with the state of the bathroom, which was worn, and dated, and hadn't been cleaned properly, there was still old toothpaste stains, and hair in the bathroom.
Having said that, the service was good. My daughter vomited on the bed at 3 am, and somebody immediately came and cleaned the bed, they also gave us a free upgrade on checkin, and provided a baby cot.
Overall, I think the Shangri la is quite tired, and could be cleaner- but what the lose in aesthetic is made up for in customer service.
