Building security team were a pleasure to deal with. In the room, lighting options very limited, either bright or very weak. Insufficient electric sockets. Oven didn't seem to work. Apartment front door release instructions could be clearer, and the whole of the pre-arrival email could do with a rigorous check. Location is great, although the 8-lane adjacent is noisy, it's pretty much constant so easily ignored. Aircon was fine, welcome gifts of drinks and crisps were appreciated.

Plenty of electricity extensions, lighting still all or nothing. Owner full of promises to remedy deficiencies like missing cutlery and sink plugs weren't kept. Property generally showing its age
