Misleading Photos - Disappointing Stay at Silkhaus Lofts, Downtown Dubai Rating 1/5 stars I recently stayed at Silkhaus Lofts in Downtown Dubai from August 14th to 24th, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by misleading photos on Expedia. The actual loft was completely different from what was advertised - it was not even close! The photos showed a modern, stylish, and spacious loft, but in reality, the space was smaller, outdated, and lacked the amenities promised. I felt deceived and disappointed, especially given the high expectations set by the photos. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were unhelpful until we checked out, at which point they offered a refund. While I appreciate the refund, it didn't make up for the subpar stay. Future guests, beware: the photos are not an accurate representation of the property. Make sure to read reviews and ask questions before booking. Additional tips - Double-check the property's photos and description - Read reviews from multiple sources - Ask about any recent renovations or changes
