Never again with that property owner, which is a corporation.

Must say something positive first. Property was clean and good location.I will never return using their units. It is a corporation that runs the unit and probably many other units. First our unit would never lock whether we were in it or left. Very concerning!We tried to call them numerous times and was ignored most of the times. The times they left messages on how to fix, it never worked. We were given the name of Danica if we needed anything, but she would not respond but maybe one time, when I was receiving medical treatment and could not answer. I was able to talk to a support person but was no help. The three times that I have utilized corporate owned units I have been dissatisfied.
