I enjoyed my stay here. I did a spa package and Puna did an amazing job. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Housekeeping came everyday to make sure my room was clean and that I had fresh towels.
Good value for a business trip. The apartment options are excellent

Hotel was close to every major attraction in dubai. Very queit and comfortable stay. The pool was super clean.

Nice comfortable safe and excellent staff. Need a car to transport but taxis and ubers are plenty.

I got there, tired and grumpy, but my mood soon changed as every interaction was very pleasant, professional and efficient in short order. I was distressing and enjoying the amenities. The property was five star throughout. Also happy with the price it’s not a convenient place for public transportation but it did work well having a car or taking a cab concierge was also very good to work with and well organized I can comfortably recommend the hotel.

When we went to check in the front staff said the system had gone down and they were unable to check us in and it would take about 20 mins. An hour later we insisted that they check us in manually. The room was decent but I found cockroaches in the bath and the kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose. The do not disturb sign was malfunctioning on the door and therefore cleaning never came to clean the room until I insisted on fresh towels on the 3rd day. For our week stay they only cleaned the room twice and only after I insisted they send someone up. It is quite far from downtown so you need a car. The free parking was excellent.

The staff don’t respond on time when you call.
They don’t clean the room,they just lay the bed and that’s all.
Everything there was bad.

It was 7 days family trip and the start was really good. The location was not so convenient, but it was ok to take a taxi to go to those visiting spots. There was nothing much around the hotel like coffee shop, restaurants and etc. The room was clean and tidy. My parents were satisfied with almost everything. All the staffs were so kind and nice except one reception staff whose name was Anila(?) or Anita Indian lady. She was so rude and not helpful when I spoke to her about my problem. She seemed not to care about customer service. It was so unpleasant to talk to her. She ruined my 6 days good experience with the Vintage grand hotel on my last day. I had to come home with such unpleasant experience which was so bad.

Pleasant stay. Location is around 25 minutes from most of the attractions. Gym was nicely equipped and maintained. Breakfast was good too but very crowded. Check in time was too long due to 3 staff members trying to check in many guests. Condition of the room was ok nothing fancy but clean. Toilet’s ventilation didn’t work. The hotel has pharmacy and grocery store onsite. There was a cafe also in the lobby but sometimes nobody there when I visited to attend orders. Parking was good a bit tight for large SUV.
The hotel was great and the breakfast was realy good.
The staff was very nice, kind and helpful.
I will definitely will back when I will arrived to Dubai.

The staff was not as pleasant, they wake us up for room service early and also we felt harassed to check out.
It doesn’t feel like a 5 stars hotel, more a 3 stars. We moved to a better hotel closer to the city. The breakfast was good with lots of variety.

The hotel was good, the pool was clean, the gym however was abit small with minimal equipment but still okay. The staff were polite. The room was clean and big and housekeeping were generally quite good. The shower was not good as the door would not close properly so all the water spilt out on the marble flooring and you had to be very careful when walking out of the shower otherwise slip and fall. My rating would be 4/5

First time at the hotel and a wonder check in experience. They request a deposit. The hotel is just off E311 and easy to navigate. Lovley restaurants in the hotel. The room was a lovely upgrade with all the amenities. Comfort is top notch. Clean and freash. The surrounding area,Moyor City,has lots of hidden gems. City centre is 5min walk away for shopping. Will definitely stay again.
