Staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel and facilities were generally great, plenty of different pools and areas to choose from - particularly liked that some of the smaller/childrens pool were shaded. Atlantis The Royal
If you want the best - then stay at Atlantis the Royal. Amazing service, beautiful rooms and facilities. Its worth the money in my view. Stayed twice and enjoyed it each time.

Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah
Hotel is not 5 star. its very old, in places not well maintained, very basic and empty looking. Food is ok but nothing special. Had no cold water or toilet facilities for nearly a whole day. This hotel was mote 3.5 stars.
