"The rooms were clean, the location in La Palma was great, the view from the 6th floor was beautiful, the staff were all incredibly friendly without exception, the breakfast was very varied and different every day, I was very happy with my stay and hope to return soon."

"Corner room with balcony is a good option. A nice hotel but we felt overpriced unless there’s an offer on by Hyatt off. Dining area needs a revamp. Don’t bother with the buffet evening meal as it’s not particularly good & is expensive for the quality provided. There are a number of decent beach facing restaurants facing the beach too the right of the Andaz. Overall our stay was good but not great. "
