One of the standout moments was the complimentary upgrade to a sea view room, offered as a goodwill gesture by the team. It was a generous touch that elevated our experience. The food throughout the resort was consistently excellent, and the spa services were top-tier - calming, professional, and deeply restorative. The only downside was our experience with the shisha. We paid £55 to try it one evening, but unfortunately it was poor quality. Even after requesting a replacement, it remained disappointing. That said, this was a minor blip in an otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommended for those seeking a luxurious, well-managed retreat with thoughtful service and excellent amenities."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff very accommodating. We arrived very early and they managed to get us to our room before 9am which after a long haul flight was great. We only ate once on site at the breakfast buffet. This was ok. Only issue we had was not huge selection and many small children running around and not many staff or parent supervision to access to food etc around handling. Not sure it was worth the cost. Overall great location close to mall and all the best beach bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Dubai"
