"A simple indication to how good this hotel and our stay was, is that this is the 11th year we’ve been coming and already booking for next year. "This hotel is wonderful in terms of location. It’s unbeatable! The lady at check in was so friendly and treated us like royalty: The housekeeeping guy was a little questionable at times with some of his comments and style of communication but I’m picking at things honestly. The only word of warning for families, the pool is fairly small and I feel there are better properties locally if you’re staying with kids but still a 5 star stay for us!"

"We had a brilliant 10 night stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend it. We had booked the all inclusive package and we are so glad we did to ensure that all expense was covered and we didn’t have to worry about how much we were spending. We made great use of the restaurants available and would recommend a visit to them all, we loved the pizza restaurant and the lunch menu at the Horizon pool bar was tremendous. The quality of drinks available was excellent, all branded soft drinks and alcohol. We were a family of four and I was worried about the space in the room with the addition of the rollaway bed before we arrived. I didn’t need to, there was plenty of space and indeed the rooms were very clean and the staff maintained this throughout our stay. We did find a slight issue with some of the other guests, particularly children running a bit wild but the hotel responded brilliantly and sorted it out. The breakfast was of a high standard and the staff couldn’t help enough with coffees etc. This applies to all of the hotel staff, everyone couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much"

"We had an amazing holiday at The Westin. We were on the all inclusive package and the food, drink and restaurant options were fabulous. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly, our room was very spacious (queen twin for a family of 2 adults and two children). After a long night flight, the staff were able to check us in early so we could rest. The hotel and facilities were pristine and the staff clearly work very hard to provide guests with a first class vacation. Would highly recommended."
