We were woken from our sleep to move rooms, as we had been put in the wrong room, then to be told we had to move again the following day, we were very amendable and was offered a £50 meal voucher and wine to be then told we owed more money so we returned these. Hotel itself lovely just disappointed that they felt this was ok

Great location for city break.
Very enjoyable stay at Kingfisher. Location excellent. Staff just lovely and so helpful. Food was excellent. Would definitely stay there on my next visit.

Nice clean accommodation
Nice clean accommodation. Staff all very friendly No lift and a lot of stairs. Didn't have time to try the breakfast but will next time.

Will Recommend!
It was a great location! The staff was friendly and so helpful! Our rooms weren’t ready so we checked our luggage into the front seat and when we came back later that day they had taken our luggage to our room for us!

Lovely townhouse in the centre of Dublin. Great facilities with friendly welcoming staff and 24hr reception. Very good extra touches such as bottled water and complementary coffee in the adjacent cafe. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice

This was a good choice for a hotel away from the 'bar' area....the room was what we expected and it was just fine. Easy to take the bus to the airport etc...so we couldn't have asked for much more....

Great customer service
The hotel is conveniently located although it can be noisy due to the street traffic and construction across the street. Staff at the hotel, however, were exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful; definitely exceeded our expectations.

I loved this place.
When I originally booked this hotel I booked for the wrong date. Since I had had to pay for the hotel when I booked it and there was a no refund policy I was at the mercy of the hotel. I immediately contacted them and they changed the date for my reservation, no problems. We got in late but that was no problem, as the receptionist is at the front desk 24/7. There is no air conditioning as in many European hotels, but it was not a problem as Dublin is cool, even in July. There also was no elevator, but the hotel provided someone to bring our bags to our room (a BIG plus for my wife). The street was noisy below but the hotel provided earplugs. Really nice and clean. Mattresses are good. Looking forward to my full Irish breakfast.

Location was excellent as well as the use of the coffee bar and restaurant next door. For aging seniors with bad legs, we found the stairs a bit much - and found the shower floor a little slippery.

This was located in a great part of town. Easy to get to and convenient for walking. The only complaint is that the bed was super firm! Very clean and the restaurant next store was amazing. It was quiet also.

Disappointed with the room - it was very small - 1 small wardrobe & no where to put your cases away, it was difficult to manoeuvre in the room & around the bed, possibly better for single occupant. The bathroom was clean and we had fresh towels daily but also very small with the tiniest shower cubicle I’ve ever seen.... any more than an average size person would really struggle!! Our room was at the front of hotel on very busy street so couldn’t open window for some fresh air & did really struggle to sleep initially, however we were provided with earplugs!! The bed was clean but not particularly comfortable & the carpet felt a little grubby but overall the room was ok - Although I do think overpriced!!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay, Maria was lovely and so helpful. The complimentary breakfast next door at the Kingfisher restaurant was a great added bonus and even the takeaway breakfast on our last morning was amazing!! They even did our washing free of charge. Would absolutely stay again if we return to Dublin.

Lovely.
Two items to note were there are no lifts/elevators, so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs and there is no shelf space in the shower. However, the inn was very cute; it's located adjacent to one of the best breakfast and lunch restaurants in the area; the location is perfect for tourists. We also received notable service.

Good location. Room 9 was noisy with a mechanical noise overhead al the time. The room was a bit cramped and up 6 short flights of stairs so no good unless fit. Great Fish and Chip shop next door.

I've been to Dublin several times at this point. Not my favourite city in Ireland. This little hole in the wall hotel was AMAZING. The front desk help was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location couldn't be beat. The shower was probably the hottest and best I've ever had in all of Ireland. No lie!

Staff was very friendly and went the extra mile. We had an early flight to catch upon checkout and they were so kind to pack sandwiches and drinks for us.

Its in a great location just a block away from city centre. Its a very small hotel and has no elevator. The women working the front desk we're very friendly. The room is small but adequate. The bathroom was nice and had a good shower. Breakfast at the restaurant next door is included which was a plus.

Really nice stay, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Organised us a packed lunch for our Saturday morning excursion and let us store our bags until our flight on our last night. Hotel lovely and clean, secure with 24hour consierge, very comfy bed and no noise overnight. The staff were really friendly and super accomodating. Would recommend

We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel staff is so friendly and the rooms were clean. We had breakfast at the connected restaurant every morning we were there because it was so affordable, quick and delicious. Great walking location for bus stops. Easy to find the hotel because Parnell's statue points the way.
