We were woken from our sleep to move rooms, as we had been put in the wrong room, then to be told we had to move again the following day, we were very amendable and was offered a £50 meal voucher and wine to be then told we owed more money so we returned these. Hotel itself lovely just disappointed that they felt this was ok

Great location for city break.

Very enjoyable stay at Kingfisher. Location excellent. Staff just lovely and so helpful. Food was excellent. Would definitely stay there on my next visit.

J'ai aimé l'accessibilité de cet hôtel et la proximité du centre ville. Par contre, je n'ai pas aimé le décor de l'hôtel et de la chambre (il aurait besoin d'être remis au goût du jour (moquettes, papiers peints, rideaux...). Pour un hôtel de ce standing et de ce prix, c'est très surprenant. De plus il y avait des travaux dans la boutique juste à côté le samedi et le dimanche, ce qui était bruyant. Enfin, le fait de sortir de l'hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner me dérange lorsque je demande à le prendre DANS l'hôtel, et que je paie ce service (même si le restaurant touche l'hôtel).

It was a great location! The staff was friendly and so helpful! Our rooms weren’t ready so we checked our luggage into the front seat and when we came back later that day they had taken our luggage to our room for us!

This was a good choice for a hotel away from the 'bar' area....the room was what we expected and it was just fine. Easy to take the bus to the airport etc...so we couldn't have asked for much more....

Great customer service

The hotel is conveniently located although it can be noisy due to the street traffic and construction across the street. Staff at the hotel, however, were exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful; definitely exceeded our expectations.

I loved this place.

When I originally booked this hotel I booked for the wrong date. Since I had had to pay for the hotel when I booked it and there was a no refund policy I was at the mercy of the hotel. I immediately contacted them and they changed the date for my reservation, no problems. We got in late but that was no problem, as the receptionist is at the front desk 24/7. There is no air conditioning as in many European hotels, but it was not a problem as Dublin is cool, even in July. There also was no elevator, but the hotel provided someone to bring our bags to our room (a BIG plus for my wife). The street was noisy below but the hotel provided earplugs. Really nice and clean. Mattresses are good. Looking forward to my full Irish breakfast.

Location was excellent as well as the use of the coffee bar and restaurant next door. For aging seniors with bad legs, we found the stairs a bit much - and found the shower floor a little slippery.

This was located in a great part of town. Easy to get to and convenient for walking. The only complaint is that the bed was super firm! Very clean and the restaurant next store was amazing. It was quiet also.
