"The room was nice and the free coffee/tea were a nice bonus. The room was clean, aside from a few mysterious stains that were on the headboard and blanket. The bathroom was clean and nice. The standout was from how kind and helpful the staff was. They let us keep our bags there before check-in so we could explore the city, and they were super helpful when trying to catch a ride to the train. The location, aside from a few alleys to avoid, felt super safe and close to all the places we wanted to be. Everything we wanted to do/see was in a walkable distance (30 minutes max)"
