There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...

"The Samuel staff is excellent; they are very welcoming and helpful. We had no troubling dropping off bags and then getting into our room when it was check-in time. The beds are very comfortable, & the rooms are clean and modern. The location is about half a block to the tram to go to the city center, which is convenient (about 15-20 minutes to Christ Church with walking and the tram). The hotel has both a restaurant and a coffee shop, both of which are good, and more restaurants are available at the next stop from the tram station and the Abbey stop (about 10 minutes) is in the restaurant district. The Samuel is a great choice."
